2023 年，我参与 CTB 全球青年研究创新论坛（China Think Big）的团队课题研究，承担分析、数据核对和对外联络合作。 In 2023, I participated in team research for CTB (China Think Big / Global Youth Research and Innovation Forum), contributing analysis, data checking, and external coordination.
团队会议记录将“分析”列入我的职责。我需要理解课题方向、整理信息，并把复杂内容转化为可以讨论和推进的问题。
The team record lists analysis as part of my role. This involved understanding the research direction, organizing information, and turning complex material into questions the team could discuss and advance.
数据核对要求关注来源、数字和表达是否一致。这项职责训练了我在形成结论前检查证据和减少错误的习惯。
Data checking required attention to sources, figures, and consistency. It trained me to inspect evidence and reduce errors before forming conclusions.
对外联络合作需要清楚说明团队需求、记录反馈并推进沟通，使我能够在研究工作之外承担协调和表达责任。
External coordination required clear communication of team needs, careful recording of feedback, and follow-through, adding coordination responsibility to my research work.

The team kickoff record dated October 16, 2023 lists my participation and responsibilities. It notes that the members had already worked together as a research group and confirmed roles for the next stage.
这段经历补充了数学竞赛中的个人解题和商业模拟中的决策训练。它让我更重视结论背后的资料质量，也训练了在团队中清楚表达和确认责任。
This experience complemented individual problem solving from math contests and decision practice from business simulation. It made me more attentive to evidence quality and clearer about communicating and confirming responsibilities in a team.
